63% rye with caraway, toasted coriander and linseed. Large round loaf with firm crumb.

Thin slices go well with cheese, as toast or an open sandwich.

Size: Full loaves go in the oven at 1350g and half at 650g

Ingredients: Rye flour, water, rye meal, salt, linseed, caraway seed & ground coriander seed.
